In our sessions we will dive deep into the constellation of you to explore the interplay your stories have on your life — physically, mentally, emotionally, ancestrally, collectively, and spiritually through the lens of exploring and understanding your energy systems. We will shine a light on your patterns so you can see a way forward to midwife the deeper soul wisdom that wants to emerge.
Together, we will design a customized vision map, along with an experiential toolkit to take you to the next level in your understanding of yourself to realign your energy and reconnect to your intuitive wisdom. From a new place of awareness, you'll reclaim your authentic self and craft a new more empowering narrative for the next chapter of your story with creativity, clarity and connection.

Sample Coaching Framework:
Session One: The Sacred Map Within
Together we will review the constellation of your Soul's Story. We will deep dive into your story using an intuitive lens to create an intentional, customized vision map for our time together.
Session Two: Awakening the Living Field
You'll gain an understanding of your energy anatomy and how to work with the alchemy of subtle energy to navigate all aspects of your life. You'll receive an energy hygiene tool kit to assist in cultivating a conscious awareness of the changing state of your personal energy.
Sessions Three thru Ten: Traversing the Inner Landscape
Based on your customized vision map, together we intuitively traverse your story's unique narrative through the lens of your energy systems to investigate how these systems may be impacting your life physically, mentally, emotionally, ancestrally, collectively, and spiritually. Through this exploration, you'll be guided to a new intuitive understanding of yourself and your Soul's story.
Together we will explore how the universal laws, archetypes and elements play a role in your life and how to leverage them to co-create your authentic Soul's Story.
Session Eleven: Ancestral Alignment
Explore the constellation of your family's story. We will discover and release family and ancestral patterns that have limited your ability to step into the full potential of your Soul's story.
Session Twelve: Soul-Led Integration
Together we explore your intuitive gifts and discuss how to leverage them to create the next chapter of your Soul's Story by incorporating all of the wisdom and tools learned throughout our time together.
During our time together, you'll receive:
- 12 x 1:1 60-minute coaching sessions (via zoom).
- Integration tools to use in between each session and after completing the coaching container to assist you in deepening your embodiment of your Soul's story.
- A guide to support your understanding of the key concepts we'll explore together.
- A vision map to chart your Soul's Story as it unfolds and to use to create your next chapter.
Investment: $3,000 pay-in-full, or 2 monthly payments of $1,750
