As a cancer survivor and someone who has navigated complex health challenges, I bring lived understanding, deep compassion, and grounded perspective to the healing journey. These experiences have become powerful catalysts for my own evolution, expanding my awareness of the mind-body-soul connection and refining my ability to perceive the subtle narratives held within the body and energy field. This embodied wisdom informs my work as a medical intuitive, where I see beyond symptoms to the deeper story seeking to be revealed.

Before answering my Soul's calling, I built a 25-year career in marketing, with more than half of those years in senior leadership roles. I led teams, shaped brands, and translated vision into strategy. These experiences sharpened my ability to see both the big picture and the nuanced details of human motivation. I have always been fascinated by what moves us emotionally, what fuels our resilience, and how our inner stories shape the lives we create. That foundation now strengthens my work as a coach and mentor, allowing me to blend intuitive depth with practical clarity and strategic insight.

From an early age, I felt a profound connection to life's unseen dimensions. My lifelong exploration of mystical wisdom, metaphysics, and consciousness naturally evolved into a deep study of subtle energy, intuitive development, and the intelligence of the body. I believe alignment with our true essence is foundational to vibrant health, creative expression, and meaningful impact in the world. When we are aligned, the body, mind, and Soul work in greater harmony. This is the truth at the very heart of my work.

A passionate lifelong learner, I am continually exploring personal transformation, integrative health, and human potential. Outside of my practice, I cherish time with my artist husband and our lively backyard bevy of birds. I feel most alive in communion with nature — following the warmth of the sun, resting on wide open beaches, and swimming with wild dolphins off the coast of Hawaii. These are the moments that remind me of the sacred rhythm and intelligence woven through all life.
